Who we are

Zendo ("we") provides a social memory app available on Google Play. Contact: zendo2026@proton.me.

Data we collect

Account data (email, name, handle), profile media, posts/stories you upload, messages you send, device tokens for notifications, and basic usage analytics needed to operate the service.

How we use data

To provide the app (feeds, messaging, stories, memories), secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Storage

Structured data is stored in Neon Postgres. Media is stored in Cloudflare R2. Session and feed caches may use Upstash Redis.

Your choices

You can update profile fields, block or report users, enable restricted mode, delete your account in the Android app under Settings → Delete account, or request deletion by emailing us.

Account deletion

In-app deletion removes your profile and associated content from our servers (cascading deletes). You may also email zendo2026@proton.me for assistance.

Children

Zendo is not directed at children under 13.
